If you were planning to have this as a side to your main tagalog learner starter kit, then okay why not? But if you think you can actually learn more than like 20 sentences, think again. And besides this app being VERY VERY LIMITED, there are also bugs in this app that need to be fixed but the creators were probably too lazy to do that too. Do NOT get this app. Friendly tip.
